Human Resources Director (40379)
Our client is an organization in the greater Madison area looking for a Human Resources Director. This client is looking for someone with 8+ years of human resources experience, high attention to detail and strong communication skills.
The starting salary for this position is $120k.
The Human Resources Director will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and direct the organization’s human resources department by developing, implementing and evaluating employee relations and HR policies.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship.
- Develop a high-performance team, including recruitment and retain employees while providing mentorship.
- Work with leaders to develop talent, performance management practices, and develop action plans.
- Develop HR strategies plan to align with Key Performance Indicators for the HR function.
- Support change management initiatives.
- Solve conflicts with outcome-based solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and projects.
The Human Resources Director will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 8-10 years of human resource experience
- SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent organizational skills

This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.
